All platters are made to order & customizable.
Please try to place your order 2-3 days in advance, especially if it's during the week or a holiday.
How do I know what size to order?
Please reference our pricing and products page for a list of our current offerings, along with suggested serving sizes. Amazing Grazes will be glad to advise serving size to suit your gathering. However, please keep in mind that these are unique items meant to be served as an appetizer, so estimated portion sizes are for snacking.
Is there a list of items that are included on each board or box?
Each of our boards, platters and boxes are created fresh, incorporating current seasonal and themed ingredients. We also try to locally source most items, so it may depend upon what is available at any given time. For this reason, we don’t have a standardized list of items that go into each board/box, but if you have a special request, please let us know at the time of placing the order and we will do our best to accommodate.
Do you offer additional types of boards aside from classic charcuterie?
We are working to develop new and unique product options for our customers all the time. We will feature some of these “specialty” items from time to time on our Instagram and Facebook accounts, so please be sure to follow us on both so you won’t miss out on any specials. We will also be glad to create special-order dessert boards, brunch boards and kid-friendly boards at any time. What kind of boards do you offer with your products?
Each size is a little different. Please see our Menu page for a description of materials we use. There are wooden, acrylic, and reusable palm leaf/bamboo platters. We also offer portable bistro boxes. Board rental is also an alternative option on our Large size board for a rental fee with refundable deposit. Please contact us for more details.
Do you offer something for larger events?
For larger parties and events, we can create a custom-built “grazing table” that will accommodate as many people as you have. These are created using butcher paper on site, on the day of event. Please contact us if you’re interested in this option (Debra@AmazingGrazes.com).
Will you accommodate any food allergies?
Our products contain nuts, dairy, and are not prepared in an allergen-free environment. However, we will do our best to accommodate any allergy-related requests. Any allergies should be communicated at the time of purchase, in the designated space on our order form. If you have any questions, you can feel free to contact us directly at the time of order.
Will you accommodate other dietary needs?
Absolutely! We will be glad to prepare a vegetarian, gluten-free or keto-friendly board or box upon request. Please contact us (Debra@AmazingGrazes.com) to discuss specifications and special pricing.
Can I keep my board/box in the refrigerator until serving? How long can items be at room temperature?
Our grazing boards, platters and boxes are meant to be served fresh. Pickup or delivery is strongly advised for the day of event to ensure quality. You can refrigerate your order with the following suggested guidelines: remove crackers and place into a baggie at room temp. Also, remove your board from the fridge about 30 minutes before serving, as cheeses should have time to come to room temperature for best flavor and consistency. Approximately two hours is the recommended time for items to remain out at room temperature.
ORDERING & DELIVERY
How do I order? How much time do you require?
Please use our Order page to order. We recommend at least 2-3 days advanced notice for board and box orders. For larger parties and holiday orders, we recommend at least 14 days notice. But don't hesitate to ask if you need a last-minute order and we will do our best to accommodate all of our customers. A rush fee may be required.
Pickup or Delivery?
Our grazing boards, platters and boxes are meant to be served fresh. Pickup or delivery is advised for the day of event to ensure quality. We currently offer delivery to the Titusville, Mims, Port St. John areas for a $10 delivery fee. Delivery outside of those areas is available for an additional fee. Local pickup at our location in Titusville is also an option, but we highly recommend a clean, flat surface in your vehicle to aid transport. **Customer assumes all responsibility after pickup.**
When is payment due?
Payment for grazing board and grazing boxes is required at time of order. Follow instructions on order form, or contact us if you need to make alternate payment arrangements.
How is payment made?
Amazing Grazes currently accepts payment via VENMO (@DebraAkins), PayPal (Debra@AmazingGrazes.com) or Apple Pay.
